Moxibustion is the ancient art of burning the prepared herb moxa, Artemesia vulgaris, or mugwort, to reduce pain, to help strengthen the body’s response to illness, to warm an area of the body, and to promote the flow of qi and blood to create healing.  Come learn about how moxa can be used at home to help with cold hands and feet, arthritis, and promote health and longevity.  This talk is 30 minutes long with questions and answer time and is free and open to the public, with Christina Ducharme, L.Ac, MAOM, of Blue Heron Acupuncture, LLC.
